Our staff of professionals includes the following key people:

Patrick J. O'Malley, MAI has an: MBA degree from the University of Arizona where he also attended law school. Mr. O'Malley has been appraising real property since 1980. He is experienced not only with the appraisal of large complex development projects, but also in the supervision of a large professional staff. Mr. O'Malley is an expert in the appraisal of lodging facilities, SROs and gasoline service stations, having appraised numerous such properties throughout California. Additionally, Mr. O'Malley speaks fluent Spanish and holds a private pilot certificate.

Anthony B. Pace, MAI is the former President of Northern California Chapter 11 of
the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. Mr. Pace specializes in real property valuation and consulting which he has provided to a national and international clientele. He acquired much of his knowledge and experience from 25 years with the General Services Administration and more recently with the United States Postal Service. For 13 years he was in charge of the Office of Real Property Sales program within the 11 western states for GSA. He offers a broad background of acquisition and disposal experience involving difficult and complex real property, including hospitals, office buildings, industrial plants and federal property such as Hamilton Air Force Base in Marin County. Recently Mr. Pace has been occupied with the development of a 20 megawatt wind farm on the Big Island of Hawaii.
 
Nannette F. Ouiglev is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser who worked for the Bank of America as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser prior to joining Detailed Analysis in 1997. Nannette is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley.

Doug Garvik has over 20 years of appraisal experience and is currently employed as a staff appraiser. Mr. Garvik is a graduate of the University of Arizona and made his career in the mortgage lending business.

Molly Samietz received her Certified General license in 2004. She has been working for Detailed Analysis for approximately 5 years.

Kevin D. Chinn is a staff appraiser who joined our firm in 2001. Kevin comes from a real estate family and is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley.

Katherine E. O'Malley is the newest member of the appraisal staff, joining the firm in June of 2004. Katherine is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and is currently working towards her trainee license.
